1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Elave FX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Elave FX is a trading analytics and journaling platform. We provide tools for trade logging, AI-powered coaching, market data visualization, and community features. We are not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All AI coaching insights are for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
5. Fees, Broker Rebates, and Payouts
The Elave platform is free to use — there is no subscription, no monthly charge, and no recurring billing. There are no paid plans or paywalls.
Elave is funded by introducing-broker rebates: when you open and fund an account with one of our partner brokers, the broker pays Elave a referral (introducing-broker) commission. This costs you nothing beyond the broker's own standard trading costs, and you are never charged by Elave for access.
The Strategy EA is the only paid product. It is a one-off purchase made by application only (no self-serve checkout); pricing and terms are agreed individually during a discovery call. It is not a subscription.
If you join the optional affiliate program, eligible affiliate commissions are paid out to you via Stripe Connect, subject to the affiliate program terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform to manipulate leaderboards, impersonate others, post misleading trade results, scrape data, or violate any applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Elave FX is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Disclosures
Risk. Trading equities, options, futures, forex, CFDs, and crypto carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Leveraged products can lose more than your deposit. Past performance does not indicate future results.
Hypothetical performance. Any backtested or simulated results shown on this site (including the strategy fact-sheet) are hypothetical, are labeled as such, and were not achieved in live trading. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight and do not reflect slippage, liquidity, or the discipline required to trade real capital.
Broker compensation. Elave is compensated by partner brokers through introducing-broker rebates and CPA payments when users open and fund accounts through our referral links. This compensation does not change your trading costs, and it is the reason the platform is free.
Performance verification. User statistics on the platform derive from broker auto-sync or user-entered journal data. A broker-verified badge program is not yet live; no user statistic should be treated as independently verified until it is explicitly labeled so.
